Our technology assessment and planning services are part of our strategic planning services. We use a common planning process for all of our strategic planning services. TECedge team members work with your staff to develop a strategic technology plan that identifies WHAT should be done and a tactical plan that describes HOW to implement it.

Next we develop a blueprint that lays out the major technology initiatives and budgets for the next few years, as well as a detailed implementation plan for the first year. We strive to minimize costs while maximizing the benefits to you.
